LINT FREE CLEANROOM WIPES
TIDDOX® supplies lint-free cleanroom wipes, known as POLYSOFT WIPES, which are low in particles and extractible ions, specifically suited to cleanrooms and controlled environments.
These LINT FREE CLEAN ROOM WIPES, are laundered in de-ionised with purified water multiple times before being vacuum packed in a Class 100 (ISO Class 5) cleanroom so as to reduce particle count in the fabric. Furthermore the polyester fabric is made of continuous fibres and double knitted to further reduce chance of loose fibres. Finally they are laser cut along the edges to reduce instances of lint from loose fibres.
Polysoft wipes are lint-free cloths suitable for use in the pharmaceutical industry, and other controlled manufacturing environments, such as spray booths, food processing, research and development laboratories, certain industrial manufacturing and engineering operations, certain medical manufacturing plants, and cosmetic manufacturing, to name a few.
The wiper has a soft texture and is ideal for wiping sensitive and delicate surfaces that require a lint-free cloth.
