Outlined below is our Shipping Policy, as well as our Returns Policy :

  1. Order Processing and Customer Service

1.1. Order Processing Timeframes. TIDDOX endeavours to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible and, where practicable, on the same business day. Unless otherwise stated, orders are typically processed and dispatched within two (2) business days.

1.2. Business Days. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends, public holidays, and any notified office closures. 

1.3. Service Commitment. TIDDOX is committed to providing responsive customer service and will use reasonable efforts to issue order confirmations, respond to enquiries, and address any order related issues in a timely manner during business hours.

 1.4. Operational Factors Outside Our Control. Processing and dispatch timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors including order volume, product availability, payment verification, freight carrier schedules, or events beyond TIDDOX’s reasonable control.

  1. Shipping Costs

2.1. Prices are in Australian Dollars and change without notice. And all goods are charged at the price quoted at the time of order.

2.2. The product price expressed by TIDDOX does not include GST or delivery. Hence, GST and freight delivery charges are added to the Customer’s invoice.

2.1. The Customer is responsible for the shipping delivery cost. The cost of shipping varies depending on the Customer’s geographical location, and the size and weight of the order.

2.2. TIDDOX has the right to choose the method of transport and subcontract delivery.

2.3. TIDDOX accepts no liability for any delay or damage in the delivery of the goods, as delivery is outsourced to independent delivery companies.

2.4. Shipping costs are non-refundable

2.5. The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with any returns.

2.6. Where a Rags order is made online, using online pricing, and the delivery location is within the metro area (as defined by TIDDOX) of either NSW, VIC, QLD or WA, then free shipping may apply to that order.

2.7. If a product price, or delivery charge, has been incorrectly stated by the TIDDOX website or by phone or email, TIDDOX reserves the right to correct the product price or delivery charge. The Customer will be notified of any corrections before dispatch, and can, at that point, decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase.

  1. Refunds, Returns and Complaints

3.1. If you have any concerns or complaints about products supplied, including incorrect items or damaged goods, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly. The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and must, within seven (7 ) days, give written notice to TIDDOX of any claim that the goods are not in accordance with the contracted terms and conditions of sale.

3.2. If the Customer fails to give that notice, then to the extent permitted by law, the goods must be treated as having been accepted by the Customer, and the Customer must pay for the goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.

3.3. If the Customer is unsatisfied with the goods, and they have not been used, they must notify TIDDOX and return them for a refund within seven (7) days of delivery.

3.4. The Customer must prepay all shipping of returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

3.5. The goods must be returned in a sellable condition in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

3.6. Provided the goods are returned and received in a good saleable condition in their original packaging, and the refund is approved, then TIDDOX will process a refund to the customer. A twenty percent (20%) re-stocking fee, may apply.  TIDDOX may also recoup any shipping costs that may have been incurred by TIDDOX in respect to the returned items.

3.7. Refunds will be processed to the method of payment initially used by the customer in making the purchase.
