Healthcare

TIDDOX® provides wiping solutions to the healthcare industry. We work with hospitals, aged care facilities, schools and dental practices. They need regular cleaning and wiping of surfaces to keep germs at bay. This results in safer and healthier environments.

To ensure safety and health, hygiene maintenance is key. This extends to the healthcare cloths used in these facilities. Presented below are the different types of healthcare cloths that TIDDOX offers:-

OMNIWIPES are our leading aged care cloths. A white absorbent swabbing and patient care product. Used by hospitals, ICU and aged care nursing homes.

Disposable wipes are very popular in healthcare. Disposing of the product after use is the best way to dispose of germs. This process prevents the spread of germs. It reduces the risk of cross-contamination. TIDDOX offers affordable single use disposable wipers.

Our “RAG-ON-A-ROLL” is a strong durable disposable wiper.  Used by aged care and childcare facilities. There are 200 perforated sheets on each roll. The tissue sheets have a web netting layered within. The 4-plys of paper make them absorbent. These are the ultimate single use disposable wipe. Not flimsy, very absorbent, and a very low cost per use. Suit tight budgets looking for value. Available in either white or blue. Wall dispensers available.

The JUMBO PAPER ROLL has a low cost per use. Comprises 1000 sheets of absorbent low lint paper tissue. 3-plys per sheet (36 cm x 35 cm). Wall dispensers and portable floor stands available.

Colour coding cloths allocates certain colours to specific areas. This prevents cross-contamination of bacteria. The same colour product will be kept to one task or one area. System uses red, green, blue and yellow colours. Each colour represents a certain location or task. A blue fabric suits a cleaning task in a low risk areas such as furniture and desks. Red fabrics restricted to high risk germ areas such as bathrooms and toilets. Red cloths only wipe off washroom, toilet and kitchen surfaces. They are not to take on the functions of blue cloths. A green designated item should not go beyond the kitchen area. And certainly not to clean bathrooms and toilets! This separation, reduces the risk of cross-contamination between areas and/or tasks .

TIDDOX has a range of colour coded products. Available in either medium duty CLASSIC WIPES or heavy duty PREMIUM WIPES. The difference is the weight of the cloth. Both products contain high viscose content, which is a biodegradable substance. High viscose levels increase absorbency, softness and quality.

For soft, lint free skin dabbing in aged care choose the lint-free POLYSOFT WIPES. .

For polishing glass or equipment use the MICROMAX. Low linting, smooth, non-abrasive and absorbent. Washable and reusable. Cost effective.

Healthcare equipment cleaning is best done using a low lint or lint free wiper. The INDUSTRO WIPES fit these criteria. Packaged in a flat sheet format. Absorbent cellulose blended material. Works well with solvents and chemicals. It will not dissolve with solvent use. Great product features for cleaning equipment or glass.

For tougher wiping challenges, try the low lint WHITE RHINO ROLLS. A perforated centerfeed roll that sits in a wall dispenser. There are 220  wipes-on-a-roll that are strong, durable and absorbent.

The “Big Daddy” of the low linting RHINO ROLLS is the JUMBO BLUE RHINO ROLL. This heavy-weight product has 475 thick, absorbent wipers. Ideal for use with solvents, grease, oils and stubborn grime. A hard wearing, tough wiper.  Available in rolls or in a pop-up box version, called INDUSTRIAL RHINO WIPES.

For a hygienic environment, wash and disinfect cloths after use. Wash, disinfect, launder and stored in a dry area. This practice will kill any bacteria collected in the cloth during use. To disinfect and sanitise use detergents. Reusing a product can translate into cost savings per use.

TIDDOX’s soft HEALTHCARE MAXI WIPES are reusable. This wash up cloth absorbs liquids and drys surfaces and people. High concentrations of viscose makes the texture soft and smooth. An ultra absorbent product! A combination of non-abrasive texture and high absorbency. Used in retirement villages, nursing homes, childcare centres and schools. Anywhere where liquid spills are frequent. They are referred to as “J-CLOTHS”, “INDUSTRIAL WIPES” or “SUPER WIPES”. Available in Yellow, Red, Green and Blue.

If you are looking for a larger version of the MAXI WIPES , try the ORANGE SUPERMAX. The large surface area of the SUPERMAX is has added viscosity for extra quick absorption.
